CZ Duty 4.0C 9x19

CZ DUTY 4.0 is CZ’s most extensively tested pistol, having undergone testing involving up to 25,000 rounds of overpressure ammunition. As its name suggests, it is a service pistol featuring a glass-fibre-reinforced polymer frame and SFDA operation. The pistol is available in two frame sizes: Compact and Full-Size. It features an Optics-Ready configuration, allowing easy mounting of an optical sight. The OR system uses a universal footprint compatible with sights such as the Trijicon RMR, Holosun K, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro and Shield RMSc, using the supplied set of pins, without the need for a separately purchased mounting plate. The tall sights serve as backup sights when an optic is installed.

The CZ Duty 4.0 series is available with a conventional trigger safety, as commonly found on service pistols, or in models additionally equipped with an ambidextrous manual safety. The symmetrical design provides an ergonomic fit for both right- and left-handed shooters, together with ambidextrous magazine and slide releases. A distinctive feature of the Duty 4.0 is the replaceable polymer grip module, which can be changed independently of the frame’s internal metal chassis, eliminating the need to replace grip panels or obtain additional licensing. A key feature of the design is the steel fire-control unit chassis, which is housed in the replaceable grip module. The modular design allows the grip size and ergonomics to be tailored to the user’s hand. The grip modules offer different palm-support configurations and trigger-reach options, allowing the pistol to be fitted to individual users. The removable fire-control unit also allows more thorough cleaning.
