Sako Optilock Ring Pair for Optilock Base

Sako OPTILOCK™ scope rings and bases are precision-machined from solid steel, ensuring a perfect fit with the integral scope mounting rails found on Sako rifle receivers and providing optimal scope alignment.

OPTILOCK™ scope rings are supplied in pairs in blister packaging. A hex key is included. The rings are available in two tube diameters and three different heights and are compatible with both Sako and Tikka rifles. Low and Medium rings are also available in stainless steel.

OPTILOCK™ scope rings feature a patented spherical polymer insert that makes scope installation significantly easier. This protective insert also prevents the scope tube from being scratched or damaged during mounting.

How to Choose the Correct Ring?

The correct ring height can be determined based on the scope's objective lens size. The column "Max. Scope Outside Diameter" indicates the largest objective bell diameter (or objective lens cover diameter) that can be used with the respective mounting configuration. The larger value applies to standard-contour barrels, while the smaller value should be used for heavy-barrel models (such as varmint rifles).

First, select the rings according to your scope tube diameter:

Then select the appropriate ring height based on the outside diameter of your scope objective:

A minimum clearance of 2 mm between the scope and barrel is always recommended.
