By adding an external GPS antenna to your Hydra Skypoint trolling motor, you gain access to new features and a more versatile and more precise overall system. The external GPS antenna improves the motor’s positioning and steering accuracy, making heading control and anchoring even more precise and stable.

Adding the antenna also enables the JOG function, which allows the boat’s anchoring position to be moved in the desired direction with approximately 1.5-meter accuracy at the press of a button.
