Blackfin Dreambug 70mm

Dreambug, part of the Blackfin Finesse Innovation lineup, is designed around the “match the hatch” concept, mimicking the natural prey found in the water. Its shape blends characteristics of aquatic insects like nymphs and larvae, along with small bottom-oriented baitfish.


Natural presentation that triggers bites
The buoyant TPE material gives the bait a slow, controlled fall and allows it to stand up off the bottom, something big perch find hard to resist.
A flat belly combined with a rounded, ribbed back creates a subtle hovering effect in the water, while the tail delivers constant, lively movement even with minimal input.


Fish it light for best results
To unlock its full potential, fish Dreambug on the lightest possible weight. This maximizes its natural movement and finesse profile.


Versatile across techniques:
• Stands up on both standard jig heads and Ned rigs (with slightly different angles)
• In dropshot fishing, the buoyancy keeps the bait perfectly horizontal
• On a Free Rig, it slowly rises off the bottom after the weight settles—an excellent strike trigger


Dreambug also works seamlessly as a trailer:
• On bladed jigs (chatterbaits), adding extra vibration and profile
• On underspins, enhancing movement and realism


A built-in hook slot makes weedless rigging easy, so you can fish confidently in heavy cover and structure, right where the bigger fish are.

Note: Do not mix with PVC baits (they may react and melt). Store in original packaging or quality tackle boxes. The material may stiffen in cold temperatures but returns to normal at room temperature.
