Fasnaflyfishing perustettiin vuonna 2013 Vaasseniin Alankomaihin. Fasna on kylä Vaassenissa, joka perustettiin jo 891 jKr. Yritys sai alkunsa autotallissa, kun Semih Egemen yhdisti unelmansa ja intohimonsa verkkokaupaksi. Pian autotalli kävi liian pieneksi ja Semih pystyi vuokraamaan isomman työtilan paikalliselta jäätelö-valmistajalta. Fasna on nuori yritys, joka on jo nyt saavuttanut mainetta kansainvälisillä markkinoilla.
