Our Story

The story of the Kuore lure brand begins with a deep passion and love for fishing. Its founder, Lassi Leppinen, has been an avid angler for years, spending countless days on the waters of Eastern Finland in search of the perfect lure—one that would meet all his expectations. Along the way, he realized that despite the vast selection of excellent lures on the market, none of them fully satisfied his needs. That’s when the idea was born: why not design better lures himself?

Birth of Kuore

The story of Kuore lures begins with founder Lassi Leppinen’s lifelong passion for fishing. Despite the wide variety of lures available, none fully met his needs during countless days on the waters of Eastern Finland. That’s when he decided to design his own. His vision was clear: to create lures that deliver outstanding fish-catching performance. Each model is the outcome of rigorous testing and refinement—dozens of prototypes and as many as 50 molds were tried before the perfect shape was achieved. This uncompromising process ensures that Kuore lures meet the expectations of even the most demanding anglers. Crafted with a focus on perch, zander, and pike, Kuore lures are built to perform in every season and under any weather or water conditions. They combine proven fish-catching ability with high quality and clean Scandinavian design.
