Terms of Delivery in Brief:
1. Products have a 14-day return policy. Returns are free!
2. For products available in stock, the delivery time is 1 - 4 working days. If the ordered product is exceptionally out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately.
3. If the consumer has received the wrong product or the product is defective, the consumer should notify Kurre.fi online store's customer service immediately either by email at asiakaspalvelu@kurre.fi or by phone at 010 229 1999 (Mon-Fri 9 AM-7 PM, Sat 9 AM-4 PM)
4. Kurre.fi is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, complicated, or delayed due to circumstances beyond Kurre.fi's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision by authorities, disruption of public transportation, or other similar activities that hinder or prevent the operation of the Kurre.fi online store.
Detailed Terms of Delivery
1. Delivery Time
The delivery time of our products is 1 - 4 working days. We always strive for the quickest possible delivery. We will contact customers as soon as possible via email or phone if we notice that the delivery time will be longer than usual.
If you are purchasing a firearm: After ordering, send us by mail a valid firearm purchase permit and a copy of an official ID. Remember to sign all four copies of the purchase permit in the buyer's signature section.
If you are purchasing ammunition, primers, or pepper spray: Send us copies of both sides of a valid possession permit, as well as an official ID. Copies can be sent by email to asiakaspalvelu@kurre.fi or via multimedia message to 0503201319. You can also send a copy by mail to Kurre Hunting and Fishing Ltd, Moreenikuja 1 A 1,
Regulated products can only be sent via Matkahuolto home delivery! Therefore, the free shipping limit of €100 does not apply to regulated products.
2. Delivery Methods
- Pickup from the nearest local store or R-kiosk, price €6.90
Pick up your package not only from Matkahuolto locations but from any of Matkahuolto's over 2,000 service points. The dense store network and extended service hours in the evenings and weekends ensure you can pick up the package when it suits you best. When the package is ready for pickup at the destination, you will be notified via text message/email.
- Pickup from the nearest Matkahuolto, price €6.90
All regulated products must be sent via Matkahuolto home delivery starting from April 1, 2023, and they cannot be handed over with a power of attorney.
- Delivery directly to your doorstep, price €9.90
Matkahuolto delivers the package to the customer's doorstep. Delivery is arranged with the customer by phone.
- Letter delivery, price €4.90
NOTE! The delivery time for letter deliveries currently varies a lot. Normally, letters are delivered within 1-4 working days.
- Pickup from your chosen Posti location, price €7.90
Collect the products you ordered from your own Posti. You will be notified via text message or email when your package arrives, and you can pick up your shipment from Posti on the day of arrival after 4 PM.
- Pickup from your chosen Posti parcel locker, price €7.90
Collect the products you ordered from your chosen Posti parcel locker. You will be notified via text message when your package arrives, and you can pick up your shipment from the locker immediately.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email along with a link through which you can conveniently track the progress of your order.
- Posti Home Delivery, price €14.90
Long packages such as one-piece rods over 200 cm are always delivered via Posti home delivery. Therefore, the free shipping limit of €100 does not apply to products over 200 cm.
Large packages such as kick sleds are always delivered via Posti/Matkahuolto home delivery. Therefore, the free shipping limit of €100 does not apply to these products.
3. Payment Methods
Credit Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Eurocard.
Paytrail: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto and OP Invoice.
4. Return Policy and Product Exchanges
Products have a full 14-day return policy. The product to be returned must be unused and unaltered. Returns are free!
We ask you to return the products as a Matkahuolto customer return, using our return number 9534293. Our address:

NOTE! Returns cannot be left in Matkahuolto parcel lockers
The same return policy applies to defective products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. In such cases, you do not need to pay the delivery costs.
However, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in your notification:
- Reason for the return (if defective or incorrect product)
- Buyer's identification details (name / order number)
- Whether you just want to return the product and get your money back or if you wish us to send a replacement product for the defective or incorrect product (and we will compensate any possible difference).
5. Complaints
We request that all complaints related to orders or deliveries be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to: reklamaatiot@kurre.fi or by calling 010 229 1999.
6. Order Cancellation
The customer can cancel the order if the delivery has not occurred within a reasonable time. Order cancellation must be notified to asiakaspalvelu@kurre.fi or by calling 010 229 1999. We usually inform our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. Kurre.fi also reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the customer's account.
