Do you deliver products only to Finland?
Kurre erä ja kalastus Oy sells products to adult private individuals in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. Product prices include value-added tax.
How long does it take to receive the product I ordered?
Our usual delivery times to Finland are about 1-3 days; letter mail 1-3 weeks. If an error occurs, we will notify the customer promptly and agree on either a replacement product or a refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. Exceptional delivery times are announced on the online store's front page.
How is the package delivered, and what are the delivery costs?
You can see your order's delivery costs after selecting the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders via both Matkahuolto and Posti. Each delivery has a tracking number that allows you to follow the shipment. The tracking number is provided to the customer when the package is dispatched. Please note that regulated products can only be delivered to Matkahuolto's own service points.
How can I return my product?
Products have a full 14-day return policy. The product to be returned must be unused and unaltered.
Notification of the return must be made in advance by email to asiakaspalvelu@kurre.fi or by phone at 010 229 1999 (Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
We ask you to return the products as a Matkahuolto customer return, using our return number: 9534293.

The same return policy applies to defective products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. In such cases, you do not need to pay the delivery costs.
However, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in your notification:

Reason for the return (if defective or incorrect product)

Buyer's identification details (name / order number)

Whether you just want to return the product and get a refund, or if you prefer us to send a replacement for the defective or incorrect product (and we will compensate any possible difference).
How can I make a complaint?
We request that all complaints related to orders or deliveries be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to: reklamaatiot@kurre.fi or by calling 010 229 1999
