Delivery and Payment Methods
Kurre.fi offers its customers the following delivery methods:
- Pickup from your chosen Posti location, price €7.90
Collect the products you ordered from your local Posti. You will be notified via text message or email when your package arrives, and you can pick up your shipment from Posti on the day of arrival after 4 PM.
- Posti Letter, price €4.90 (includes tracking code)
- Pickup from the nearest local store or R-kiosk, Matkahuolto Near Parcel, price €6.90
The package is delivered to a Matkahuolto pickup point, such as a parcel locker, Matkahuolto office, K-food stores, or R-kiosk, usually within 1-2 working days, also on Saturdays in larger cities. You will be notified immediately when your package is ready for pickup. Larger shipments and express deliveries are delivered to a Matkahuolto office or agent location. We will inform you via text message, Paketit app notification, or email as soon as your package is ready for pickup. You can retrieve your package from pickup points using a pickup code. You can copy the pickup code from the Paketit app and forward it to your spouse, friend, or mother, who can pick up your package using the code. You can also forward the arrival notification received by text message to someone else to collect the package. No power of attorney is needed.
- Delivery directly to your doorstep, price €9.90
Matkahuolto delivers the package to the customer's doorstep. Delivery is arranged with the customer by phone.
When you provide your email address in the order details, you will receive a Matkahuolto tracking number during the delivery phase via email, allowing you to track the progress of your order.
Delivery Time
Our product delivery time is 1 - 4 working days. We always strive for the quickest possible delivery. We will contact customers as soon as possible via email or phone if we notice that the delivery time will be longer than usual.
Payment Methods
Products and their shipping costs are paid at the time of ordering. The online store accepts the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, and credit cards.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard Cards
The payment intermediation service is provided by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard cards, Paytrail Plc appears as the payment recipient on the card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution license.
