Apply Nikwax Wax Cotton Proof by hand…
IMPORTANT: Shake bottle before use. For best results always clean outside of item using Nikwax® Tech Wash® (if care label allows) with a damp cloth or rinse under running water and sponge down to remove surface dirt. Use gloves.
Protect work surface from potential overspray.
Spray evenly onto clean, wet item from a distance of 15cm.
Spread product evenly with a damp sponge or cloth, rubbing into fabric to ensure complete coverage.
Wait for 2 minutes and then remove any surplus product with a damp cloth.
Drying: Hang up to air dry. Rub in any drips or runs. Touch up areas that may have been overlooked.
When to use this product
Always apply this product to used waxed cotton clothing to keep items in water-repellent condition. Hang-up to dry and touch up any areas that have been overlooked. To maintain the performance of waterproofed gear, refer to care label and clean with Nikwax Tech Wash to remove everyday dirt and contaminants.
