Alaska Tundra Hunting Jacket is designed for late autumn and winter hunts. The biggest difference compared to other Alaska hunting suits, such as the Extreme Lite or Superior Pro, is its warm padded insulation. The Tundra is an excellent choice for hunters staying still in cold conditions, as it provides warmth and is both wind- and waterproof!
The Tundra jacket is made from high-quality, quiet, brushed fabric, laminated with our top-performing APS membrane. The seams are fully taped for waterproofing. The longer cut improves comfort in cold weather. The jacket includes zippered chest pockets, a radio pocket, two large flap pockets, and hand-warming pockets. The adjustable hood and cuffs help protect against wind and cold.
In addition to being wind- and waterproof, the APS membrane in the Tundra jacket provides excellent breathability. The outer fabric has a PFC-free DWR treatment, ensuring breathability even in wet conditions. The ventilation zippers on both sides improve airflow. The jacket features a detachable hood that can be secured to the collar with snap buttons.
The Tundra jacket is also an environmentally conscious choice. The outer fabric is made of 85% recycled polyester. The fabric is treated with a PFC-free water-repellent finish. All products are manufactured in our contract factories under strict ethical guidelines. In addition to third-party audits, we also perform our own inspections at the factories.
